*介紹:
Samuk柴油叉車在設(shè)計和制造方面采用最新的人體工程學(xué)技術(shù)和概念。該叉車具有低擁有成本,卓越的可見性,無與倫比的生產(chǎn)力,安全性和人體工程學(xué)設(shè)計為操作員。
*駕駛與傳輸系統(tǒng):
高性能進(jìn)口發(fā)動機(jī),如ISUZU,MITSUBISHI,YANMAR,CUMMINS等,用于符合EUIIIB / EUIV / EPA標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的柴油叉車,這是高效率,低能耗和低排放水平。
TCM技術(shù)傳輸采用浮動系統(tǒng),大大降低了叉車的振動和噪音。
*電子系統(tǒng):
液晶顯示器提供有關(guān)卡車操作和維護(hù)狀態(tài)的大量信息,它具有防水和防震保護(hù)。先進(jìn)的線束,防水連接器和多單元保險絲模塊確保電路的安全性和可靠性。
LED燈降低了能源消耗和維護(hù)成本。
*液壓系統(tǒng):
日本島津多閥和齒輪泵,以及日本NOK密封元件。高品質(zhì)液壓元件和管道的合理分布有助于控制油壓,并大大提高了叉車性能。
*排氣和冷卻系統(tǒng):
Samuk采用大容量銅管散熱器,優(yōu)化散熱通道。發(fā)動機(jī)冷卻劑和變速器流體散熱器的組合被設(shè)計用于通過配重的最大氣流。
排氣從消音器的端面進(jìn)入,使用外部類型的閃光避雷器,排氣阻力大大降低,煙霧和滅火器的功能更可靠。顆粒煙灰過濾器和催化轉(zhuǎn)化器裝置是可選的。
*轉(zhuǎn)向和制動系統(tǒng):
轉(zhuǎn)向軸采用減震裝置,安裝了上下型轉(zhuǎn)向桿,結(jié)構(gòu)簡單,強(qiáng)度更好,兩端采用增強(qiáng)安裝孔的接頭軸承。
TCM技術(shù)的制動系統(tǒng)是敏感的輕型全液壓,具有更好的性能制動。
